Refund Policy

Refunds will be available in cases of incorrect payments or accidental card swiping into the Prime Dental Clinic account. Additionally, refunds may be provided when a patient’s general medical condition, such as cardiac, pulmonary, or endocrine issues, changes, rendering the patient unsuitable for the planned treatment.

The outcome of dental treatment, like all medical procedures, depends on various factors, including the underlying health conditions, the patient’s biological responses, and compliance with pre and post-treatment care. If the management of Prime Dental Clinic, following a review by the clinic’s quality assurance process, concludes that the treatment outcome could have been improved, they may, at their sole discretion, approve a refund.

Re-Treatment Policy

Prime Dental Clinic strives to offer the highest quality of care. However, if a treatment’s outcome does not meet expectations due to certain limitations, re-treatment will be prioritized within three months, unless otherwise specified.​

Management Rights:

If a patient attempts to defame Prime Dental Clinic or its staff, management reserves the right to reject the refund or re-treatment request. Management also reserves the right to deny refunds or re-treatments if the patient failed to follow treatment instructions.
